Job Description
True Precision Medical is a growing outpatient vascular and interventional clinic committed to delivering innovative, minimally invasive treatments that improve patients’ quality of life. We are currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team full-time.

We will provide training for all procedures and ultrasound-guided nerve blocks—the right candidate does not need to come in with procedural experience, but must have a willingness to learn, grow, and practice with excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-ups
- Perform focused physical exams and document findings
- Collaborate closely with our interventional radiologist and care team
- Educate patients on their diagnosis and treatment options
- Participate in treatment planning and post-procedure follow-up
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Assist with and learn in-clinic procedures & ultrasound-guided techniques
- Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Contribute to ongoing protocol development and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed in the state of Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (outpatient, pain, vascular, or procedural experience preferred—but not required)
- Comfort working with patients experiencing pain or mobility issues
- Interest and willingness to learn ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and procedures
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
- Compassionate bedside manner with a team-oriented mindset
- Experience with EMRs (eClinicalWorks preferred, not required)
