We’re looking to add a Bindery Operator to our 2nd shift team.
Summary
The Bindery Operator will set up, adjust and operate a variety of binding machines, make necessary adjustments and monitor areas such as quality, output and productivity. Operators should have to the ability to read and interpret written work, possess knowledge of operating procedures for bindery equipment and have an attention to detail.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Set-up bindery equipment in accordance with job specifications.
- Operate all bindery equipment in an effective and efficient manner.
- Perform general and preventative maintenance on all bindery equipment.
- Monitor and assess quality throughout all phases of production.
- Maintain a consistently high level of production.
- Undertake additional tasks as seen appropriate by management.
- Maintains a clean working environment.
