Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily car wash operations, ensuring all services meet quality standards and safety protocols.
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient workflow.
- Implement and monitor cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic environment for staff and customers.
- Enforce safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, equipment handling, and chemical use to prevent accidents.
- Oversee custodial tasks such as vehicle exterior cleaning, interior detailing, and laundry services when applicable.
- Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment to ensure smooth operation without shortages or delays.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial work, industrial or commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision and management roles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques.
- Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior managerial or supervising experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
