Commingle Supervisor

Because we are a leader in the direct mail space, investing in technology and resources to facilitate innovative ideas, and we are looking to add a Commingle Supervisor to our 3rd shift team.

Summary

The Commingle Production Supervisor oversees all aspects of the Commingle department with relation to production, personnel and equipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Good communication skills.
• Supervise Commingle Production personnel.
• Perform employee evaluations, disciplinary actions and coordinate employee development.
• Ensure that all work produced meets quality standards and client specifications.
• Facilitate a consistently high level of production.
• Undertake additional tasks as seen appropriate by management.
• Works overtime when the production schedule dictates.
• Must be able to lift fifty pounds.
• Endure standing for long periods of time.

• Detail oriented and committed to quality.
• Highly organized and analytical.
• The ability to multi-task within a manufacturing environment.
• Possess proactive problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Previous experience with commingle equipment preferably within a direct mail environment is highly desired.
• The ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.
• Intermediate computer skills within a Microsoft Windows Environment.
