JOB PERKS:
- Paid training, NO experience required starting at $20/hr
- $22-25/hr after training completion tips from happy clients
- Pay increase after 30 days
- Additional $2/hr for commercial, move-out, move-in, post construction and pre-listing cleanings

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience preferred but we will train the right house cleaner
- LEAD house cleaner must be able to successfully implement training received and lead other teammates
- Hard working, high energy and team player mentality
- Ability to read, write, speak and fully understand English
- Have a great eye for detail and going above and beyond for clients
- Are responsible, have people skills, great customer service and enjoy cleaning
- Must be able to start at 7:20am on your work day, being on time is a MUST
- Must have a reliable vehicle w/ insurance, pass a criminal background check & drug test
- Comfortable driving to houses and having co-workers carpool
- Comfortable working independently when needed
