Patient Experience Coordinator- Chiropractic Assistant

You will serve as a Patient Experience Care Advocate (CA). This role is critical in executing the day-to-day operational elements that create exceptional patient experiences while providing frontline support for patient interactions, care plan adherence, new patient integration and administrative detail and patient examinations and flow. You will ensure seamless patient experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and supporting overall team and patient experience strategy.

Your Daily Adventures

• Welcome patients and prepare the office for an exceptional patient experience
• Manage scheduling, communication, and office flow
• Answer/reply to all phone calls, text messages and emails
• Provide support for daily patient requests
• Prepare patient care plans and financial recommendations
• Perform financial consultations
• Assist Office Manager with tracking metrics, creating reports and patient inputs
• Assist doctors during patient hours conducting exams, insight scans, X-rays, consultations, and guide/educate patients towards their holistic health potential (No experience needed)
• Maintain inventory and order supplies/supplements
• Help organize, promote and participate in events that promote our health mission
• Hold a baby for a mama that is getting adjusted!

Approximate Schedule & Hours

Monday: 8AM–11:45AM, 12:45PM–6:15PM
Tuesday: 11:00AM–4:30PM
Wednesday: 8AM–12PM, 1:45PM–6:15PM
Thursday: 12PM–6:15PM
Friday: 6:30AM–12PM
*Additional hours may be available based on skill set and office needs (workshops, community events).Our patient interaction hours are a portion of these working hours.
Possible travel 1–2 weekends per year for team training and seminars.
