Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $195,000 – $265,000 annually (above-market for the region, commensurate with experience and clinical production)
- Performance Bonus: 25% – 40% of base salary, contractually structured and paid quarterly upon meeting transparent production, collections, and patient satisfaction thresholds. Payout is automatic when metrics are achieved.
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 – $25,000 (paid in full upon successful completion of 90-day onboarding and clinical competency review)
- Production Override: Additional 2% – 3% on net collections exceeding $[Threshold]/month, paid monthly

Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed, patient-centered Dentist to deliver high-quality comprehensive care in a modern hybrid clinical model. You will manage a consistent patient schedule in-office while utilizing remote days for digital treatment planning, virtual follow-ups, and interdisciplinary case coordination. This role offers above-market compensation, transparent bonus structures, and the flexibility to practice efficient, forward-looking dentistry without sacrificing clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care: diagnostics, restorative, endodontics, prosthodontics, minor oral surgery, and preventive services
- Utilize digital dentistry tools (intraoral scanners, CBCT, CAD/CAM, AI imaging analysis) for accurate, efficient treatment
- Develop and present evidence-based treatment plans with clear patient communication and informed consent
- Conduct remote work days: virtual consultations, radiograph/case reviews, treatment sequencing, and patient follow-ups
- Maintain precise clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA, OSHA, and [State] Dental Board regulations
- Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and administrative staff to optimize chair utilization and patient experience
- Participate in quarterly clinical peer reviews and contribute to practice protocol optimization
Required Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school
