Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Lead with Passion: Hire, train, and develop your dock staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Schedule Savvy: Proactively manage staff schedules, ensuring efficient operations and resolving any staffing issues with ease. Confirm payroll accuracy and ensure everyone gets paid on time.
- Member First: Deliver an exceptional member experience, resolving issues that arise, and reporting all incidents promptly.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee dock operations, ensuring the site is safe, clean, and efficient for both staff and members.
- Boat Savvy: Perform basic boat maintenance, operate boats safely, and ensure proper fuel charging procedures. Ensure that staff are keeping boats clean and ready for use at all times.
- Team Player: Work on the docks as needed, when filling an open shift or training new hires.
- Event Enthusiast: Support local Freedom Boat Club events and various club activities.
- Fleet Champion: Maintain the fleet by conducting minor repairs, coordinating maintenance, and reporting any issues.
- Financial Finesse: Track and submit monthly expense reports on time for yourself and your docks. This includes all fuel receipts and reservation close out.

Requirements:
- Strong Leadership: Management/Supervisor experience required. Possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Customer Centric: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, prioritizing member satisfaction above all else.
- Organizational Prowess: Maintain strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and inventory effectively.
- Seaworthy: Possess the ability to operate and maintain boats safely.
- Team Player: Demonstrate a collaborative spirit and willingness to work alongside colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Flexible & Adaptable: Be adaptable to a flexible schedule and willing to travel between different dock locations as needed. WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY IS MANDATORY.
- Education: High school diploma (minimum), degree preferred. Must be 18 years of age or over.
