Summary
Accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for bank customers including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers. Promote and advise on the bank's products and services
Role and Responsibilities
- Receives checks and cash for deposit, verifies amount, and examines checks for endorsements. Responds promptly to customer needs.
- Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances.
- Receive and verify loan payments & mortgage payments
- Enters customers' transactions into computer to record transactions, and issues computer generated receipts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 years of related experience in a financial institution.
Depending on branch location, you may be required to work occasional evening and Saturday hours.
Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of COCC, Insight a plus.
Compensation
The salary range is commensurate with experience, credentials or expertise.
