Loan Support Specialist I
Location: Cassville, MO
Department: Loan Operations/Credit Administration
Reports to: Chief Credit Administration Officer
Hours: Full-Time
Job Summary:
The primary function of the Loan Operations Specialist I is to load loans and supporting documents, scan and image loan documents, and provide support and collaboration in the loan operations department.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Load new loans, collateral releases and amendments, and renewals daily.
2. Scan and image documents daily including paid notes, policies, titles, deeds of trust, and related loan documents.
3. Sort, log, and distribute loan documents received from branch locations.
4. Assorted clerical duties related to loan department.
5. May be assigned to special projects in the loan operations/credit administration department.
6. Other duties may be assigned by the Loan Operations Manager.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of banking experience required; loan operations preferred.
- Detail oriented and very accurate in the performance of duties.
- Self-starter who is organized, efficient, and has good time management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Team player willing to assist in other areas when needed.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Good work habits and attendance and ability to follow policies and procedures.
Physical & Environmental Conditions:
- This position exists in an office environment requiring the individual to perform normal activities including, but not limited to, lifting, filing and retrieving, operating office equipment, etc.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, push and pull file drawers and remain standing for long periods of time.
- Must be very mobile because records and various machines and equipment used may not always be close at hand.

All bank management and associates
Customers and potential customers (in person and by phone)
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Does not normally supervise subordinates.
