We are seeking a full-time, on-site Assistant Producer to join our team in Albertville, AL. The Assistant Producer will work directly with our production team to support daily insurance operations, including: assisting with policy sales, processing applications, handling client inquiries, and coordinating with carriers. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the insurance industry.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Supporting Producers with quoting, applications, and renewals
- Managing client communications and follow-ups
- Coordinating schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
- Assisting with marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives
- Helping maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying business needs
- Experience in insurance, finance, or customer service is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
