Qualifications:
Swimming Experience is a Must!
WSI is a plus
Current American Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aid Certification
Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification
Previous experience teaching swim lessons preferred
Ability for Multitasking
Positive attitude
Patient, caring and creative
Strong communication skills
Excellent judgment and problem solving skills
Flexible, adaptive and a Team player
Desire to make a difference in the life of a child OR Adult
PUNCTUALITY
Job Duties:
Work with all Swim Levels (Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced)
Ensure safety of swimmers in and out of the pool
Enforce all pool rules and regulations
Work effectively with other staff members turns with various responsibilities
Complete Weekly progress reports
Report to our Head Coach
