Drain Technician

What You’ll Do Follow our proven service system to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive great reviews, referrals, and repeat business.Meet individual productivity goals and contribute to branch and team performance targets (KPI metrics).Maintain and continuously improve your technical skill set through ongoing training and support.Diagnose and recommend repair or replacement options — clearly explain solutions and ensure customer understanding.Perform all work in compliance with applicable codes and safety standards.Communicate effectively with customers throughout the service process, ensuring satisfaction and sign-off on completed work.Collect payments and reinforce customer satisfaction by requesting online reviews after service.Utilize company-provided tablets and software to complete all service documentation accurately and efficiently.Maintain regular communication with Dispatchers and the Service Manager to ensure timely job completion.Support follow-up service needs or customer inquiries as necessary.Present a clean, professional appearance and uphold company standards at all times.Attend team meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions as scheduled.Coordinate with the excavation department for camera inspections and related evaluations.Assist Service Technicians on various jobs and projects as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain organized and safe work environments.Positive, coachable attitude with willingness to learn and improve.Dependable and adaptable — able to work varying schedules based on customer demand, including occasional evenings or weekends.Comfortable using digital tools and tablets to manage service calls, timesheets, and invoices.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets company insurance standards.Education & Experience Preferred: Technical or trade school diploma.Drain cleaning experience and familiarity with main and secondary drain lines strongly preferred.Pre-Employment Requirements DO NOT PUT IN NJ/NY All employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report (if applicable).
