Responsibilities include:
- Data entry and maintaining accurate customer information
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Working within our CRM system
- Communicating with customers and supporting daily office operations
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn CRM software
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Phone experience is required
