The Kinesiologist / Exercise Science Specialist plays a key role in delivering doctor-prescribed therapeutic exercise programs. This position focuses on movement coaching, exercise mechanics, and patient engagement under the supervision of our providers. Key ResponsibilitiesGuide patients through doctor-prescribed therapeutic exercise programsDemonstrate and cue proper exercise form, posture, and movement mechanicsMonitor patient tolerance, effort, and progress during sessionsAssist with therapy flow on therapy-only treatment daysDocument exercise completion, reps, sets, and patient responseSupport doctors by preparing patients and maintaining efficient treatment flowAssist with basic modalities and therapy equipment (per training)Maintain a clean, organized, and professional rehab environmentCommunicate clearly with providers regarding patient performance or concernsQualificationsRequired or Preferred:Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Movement, or related fieldStrong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movementComfort working hands-on with patientsAbility to clearly explain and demonstrate exercisesProfessional, dependable, and team-orientedHighly Preferred (but not required):Experience in a rehab, chiropractic, PT, sports medicine, or fitness settingPersonal training or exercise instruction backgroundExperience working with injury-based or post-accident patientsIdeal Candidate TraitsPassion for human movement and rehabilitationConfident coaching and patient interaction skillsDetail-oriented and protocol-drivenCoachable and open to structured systemsThrives in a busy clinical environment
