Dr. Bridgett Foreman, who is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join her team at Freedman Clinic of Internal Medicine. This is an opportunity to work closely with Dr. Foreman in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, providing primary care to patients of all ages. Her team prioritizes providing quality, patient-centered care and is looking for an enthusiastic and committed provider to broaden their capacity to serve patients as the practice continues to grow.
The role includes a focus on preventive care, acute sick visits as well as chronic disease management in clinic, as well as joining a team of pediatricians and nurse practitioners providing care to hospitalized children on rotating basis.

Qualifications
