Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Insurance Broker, you will work directly with clients over the phone from our office in Shrewsbury, NJ. You will assist individuals with reviewing Health and Life Insurance options while developing professional sales and communication skills in a team-driven environment.

Location: Shrewsbury, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office Telesales Position

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
• Assist clients with Health and Life Insurance options
• Follow company sales systems and compliance guidelines
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication on calls
• Accurately document client information and applications
• Work closely with team leaders and licensed agents
• Build long-term relationships with clients

Compensation:

• Performance-based compensation structure
• New trainees commonly earn $700–$1,200 weekly during training
• Experienced agents may earn significantly more based on production and consistency

Preferred (Not Required):

• Sales experience
• Call center experience
• Customer service experience
• Life or Health Insurance License

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend opportunities available
