You know when to push and you know when to settle, and your comfort in the courtroom is exactly what gives you credibility at the negotiating table. You know how to explain the pros and cons of your client's options to them, so they can make fully informed, empowered decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 6–10 years of Connecticut family law experience
• Connecticut bar admission in good standing
• Demonstrated ability to run complex, contested matters independently
• The judgment that comes from having actually done this work at a high level

What You'll Do

• Own case strategy and management from intake to resolution on sophisticated divorce and family law matters
• Lead client relationships and guide high-stakes decisions with clarity
• Practice with full support — legal, administrative, marketing, and operational — behind you
• Collaborate with serious, highly experienced colleagues in a low-drama environment
• Build the practice you want — if you want to enhance or expand your practice with mediation or collaborative divorce, we are here for that

What We Offer

• $115,000–$180,000 bonus potential
• Revenue sharing on originated business
• 1,400 billed and collected hours, with compensation increasing from there
• No rainmaking requirement
• Hybrid — home, office, or both
