About the role
Keep projects moving. Support management with coordination, communication, logistics, content writing, and social media management.
What you’ll do
- Manage calendars, emails, meeting notes, and task follow-ups
- Coordinate across video, web, and marketing teams
- Track deadlines and deliverables; prep simple reports
- Assist with occasional personal tasks for management
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and marketing materials
- Manage and grow social media presence, including content scheduling and community engagement
- Assist in developing social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
