Role Responsibilities
- Greet & Serve: Welcome every customer with a warm smile and provide excellent, friendly service.
- Run the Register: Ring up food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Prep Drinks & Snacks: Prepare and serve quality beverages (including coffee) and food according to our simple recipes.
- Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean, welcoming dining room. This includes wiping down tables, emptying trash, sweeping, and keeping condiment stations stocked.
- Be a Team Player: Work together with coworkers and managers to solve quick problems and keep the morning rush running smoothly.
Role Qualifications
- You genuinely enjoy chatting with customers and working closely with a team.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required.
- You show up on time, take pride in a clean workspace, and handle cash accurately.
- You can stay calm, positive, and fast on your feet during the busy morning rush.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours), reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work regular shift Monday through Thursday from ranging from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
