  • Translate clinical and pharmacy-related data requirements into actionable business and technical requirements.
  • Support testing, validation, and implementation efforts for product features involving clinical data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Clinical, and Operations teams to support business and platform needs.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical data standards, governance processes, and documentation.
  • Support strategic initiatives that help advance Clinical Product Strategy and platform growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Pharmacy, Nursing, Information Science, Health Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare data management, healthcare technology, pharmacy operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with healthcare or pharmacy data in a structured environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
