What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relations Specialist position at Free Home Animal Hospital, Inc.?
Amercian Animal Hospital Association ("AAHA")-accredited, companion animal veterinary practice located between Cumming and Canton, Georgia is looking for a client relations specialist.
A positive attitude, team-oriented work habits and a love for animals is essential. Experience is not required but is preferred. The hours for this position are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekdays and 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturdays. A full-time schedule is 4 weekdays and a Saturday rotation with at least every other Saturday off.
Qualified candidates have excellent customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities include answering phones professionally, scheduling appointments, client education, preparing estimates and reviewing them with clients, handling admission of boarding and hospitalized pets, entering charges and processing clients' payments, and maintaining a clean and odor-free work environment. Candidates must be able to focus on varied tasks, work a flexible schedule, thrive in a high-energy environment, and show compassion. You must be able to handle and lift pets of all sizes. This position requires attention to detail. Experience with Avimark practice management software is ideal, but not required.
