Job Overview

Duties
- Manage and oversee all financial activities, including account reconciliation, revenue management, and cash flow analysis.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliation and profit loss statements.
- Conduct financial forecasting to support business planning and decision-making processes.
- Supervise accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that inform strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with accrual accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in investment planning and management to optimize the company's financial resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a finance management role or similar position with demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, revenue management, cash flow analysis, and profit loss management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to forecast financial performance accurately.
- Proficient in using financial software and tools; advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all financial documentation.
