- Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses
- Assist with payroll and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Support the CFO with various accounting and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
