We are seeking a Practice Assistant to join our Business Division group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, an analytic mind, and an interest in growing their legal career.
This full-time position follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities Include:
This position will provide both administrative and legal support for team members in our Business Division. Responsibilities include processing expenses, creating and revising documents, scheduling meetings, assisting with business travel, providing support with marketing and business development and assisting paralegals and legal administrative assistants in meeting deadlines.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Candidates must have strong administrative skills, exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Advanced technical skills in Microsoft 2010 Suite and the willingness to learn new systems and applications also required.

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $20-25/hour. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
