Overview:
We are seeking an Associate to join the IP Litigation department in our Des Moines or Minneapolis office with the opportunity to work remotely in a hybrid environment.
Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in litigation; prior experience in complex or federal litigation
- Prior experience in private practice or related in-house positions
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong academic background
- J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
- Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Iowa or Minnesota (depending upon location)
