- Perform essential administrative duties such as organizing transaction closing books, company record books and handling various office tasks.
- Assist with drafting legal documents and conducting research under the guidance of attorneys and paralegals.
- Support attorneys, paralegals and legal administrative assistants with a range of projects, contributing to both client-facing and internal initiatives.
- Opportunity to grow into responsibilities including client communication and advanced document drafting as you develop in the role.
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in law.
- Strong self-motivation and proactive attitude to maximize the learning experience.
- Inquisitive nature with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Based in the Mankato area, as this position is not remote.
