What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant position at Fredonia Place of Fredonia?
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Respond to maintenance requests from Residents and address any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs.
- Install fixtures and equipment as needed.
- Perform landscaping and snow removal services on facility grounds.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and address their concerns.
- General knowledge and experience in performing various maintenance related tasks.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
