Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Advise executive leadership on planning, forecasting, and performance
- Lead budgeting and long-term financial planning
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll)
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Monitor cash flow and overall financial performance
- Prepare financial statements and performance reports
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Track budgets and financial targets
- Ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance
- Maintain internal controls and financial governance
- Oversee audits and mitigate financial risks
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement
- Optimize systems and processes
- Partner with internal teams to support business initiatives
- Collaborate with global stakeholders as needed
- Manage relationships with external partners and advisors
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8 years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with full-cycle accounting operations
- Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and integrity
- MBA or Master’s degree in a related field
- CPA certification
- Experience in hybrid and/or global environments
- Fluency in Hebrew or ability to support Hebrew-speaking stakeholders
