We are a boutique, concierge-level wellness and fitness studio in Fredericksburg, VA seeking a compassionate, relationship-driven Personal Trainer to join our growing team.
Many of our clients come to us after injury, surgery, physical therapy, or simply because they want to maintain the strength, mobility, and independence needed to live life on their terms. Our trainers don't just count reps—they become trusted guides helping clients improve their quality of life through movement.
Unlike traditional gyms, we deliver fully private, one-on-one coaching in a calm, low-volume environment where each client receives the time, attention, and individualized programming they deserve.
Our model integrates personal training, medical exercise, Pilates, massage therapy, assisted stretching, and registered dietitian services into a seamless continuum—supporting not just fitness, but long-term health, mobility, confidence, and independence.

ResponsibilitiesYou will:
- Design and implement individualized exercise programs
- Support active aging, orthopedic, and medical exercise clients
- Work with individuals transitioning from rehabilitation into long-term fitness
- Provide strength, balance, mobility, and functional training
- Collaborate with fitness, recovery, and nutrition professionals in an integrated care model
- Modify exercises appropriately based on client needs, limitations, and goals
- Build long-term, relationship-based coaching partnerships with clients
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with the team
- Help clients improve confidence, independence, and overall quality of life
- Support sustainable lifelong movement and wellness
