Production Assistant job duties include but are not limited to the following tasks:
· Must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to read and understand procedures, have reliable transportation and great attendance.
· Quality control and attention to detail are critical in this job and carelessness will not be tolerated.
DUTIES
· Handcrafting air freshies, candles, wax melts, soap, lotion & seasoning mixes.
· Help organize, clean and maintain the facility.
· Assist with pulling items from inventory for manufacture.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and contribute to a positive team/family spirit.
· Be able to work as an individual or in a team setting.
· The ability to quickly learn new skills effectively while working under pressure.
· Proven ability to stay on task while managing interruptions.
· Consistently demonstrate strong verbal communication skills, a strong attention to detail, a high degree of organizational and time management skills.
· Proven ability to self-motivate while monitoring your assigned work area for safety, quality and, productivity to ensure your manufacturing goals are met.
· Work in hot and cold temperatures and around strong fragrances.
· Lift a maximum of 50 lbs. and stand long periods of the day.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12 - $18 per hour
*Our production team’s starting pay is $12/hr. plus a $3.00/hr. guaranteed bonus during your 90-day probationary period, and are financially bonused regularly when they meet our production goals.
Expected hours: 40 per week
