Full-Time Ophthalmic Technician / Medical Scribe
Location: Fredericksburg, TX
Compensation: $18–$30 per hour (based on experience and skill)

We are a busy, well-established ophthalmology practice with three physicians seeking a full-time Ophthalmic Technician / Medical Scribe to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient intake, including medical history and vision screening
- Conduct diagnostic tests using ophthalmic equipment
- Perform refractions and prepare patients for examinations
- Scribe for physicians by entering medical information into electronic health records in real-time during exams
- Maintain a smooth clinic flow and provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
- Strong reliability and work ethic are essential
- Excellent computer and interpersonal skills required
- Prior experience as an ophthalmic technician or medical scribe is preferred, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate
- Spanish speaking is a plus!

- Must successfully pass a background check
