Job Title: Nurse Aide for Memory Care

Salary Range: Experienced based pay starting at $17/hr PLUS Shift Differentials including $2 for Evenings, $1.50 for Nights and an additional $1 for Weekends!

- Assist in admissions, transfers, discharges and death procedures
- Maintain residents' records daily, (ie) weights and vital signs, in a timely manner, and in accordance with FMC policy and procedures
- Assist residents with medication as defined by the medication procedure and physicians' orders.
- Assist residents or families who have elected to use other pharmacies.
- Responds promptly and positively to resident request for assistance, including telephone calls, and requests from family and friends, visitors, or other personnel.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Preferred experience in caring for the elderly with cognitive impairment
- Must be medication administration certified
- Must have a minimum of 6 hours of dementia education annually
