(age 18 years and older)Employer match after 90 daysOn-Site GymReferral Bonus ProgramCompassion and Relief FundWellness ProgramsEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscount Programs24-hour coffee/tea serviceAppreciation Days & Special EventsPotential for Annual Resident Christmas Bonus and IncreasesAmerican Heritage Credit UnionAs a Activities Manager, supporting our mission will include the following responsibilities:Provide oversight for Resident Living (RL), Personal Care (PC) and Skilled Care (LTC) life enrichment programming.Supervise Personal Care (PC) and Skilled Care (LTC) life enrichment team members.Oversee hiring of life enrichment team members.Manage and approve payroll for life enrichment team members.Provide leadership and oversight on person-directed care initiatives community-wide.Provide guidance & direction to Resident Living committees and clubs as needed.Create flyers and advertise for Life Enrichment programming events.Book performers and speakers for community-wide programming and provide oversight and coordination of programming.Oversee and be responsible for the Life Enrichment Department.Coordinate Life Enrichment calendars for all areas of Frederick Living.Provide hands-on support for Life Enrichment programming in all levels of living as needed.What do I need for this role with Frederick Living?
