What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Farm Worker position at Frederick Livestock LLC?
Workers will perform the following job duties, but is not limited to:
Care, feeding, and watering of cattle (cow/calf and stocker)
Assisting with calving, branding, vaccinating, tagging, sorting, and moving cattle.
Monitoring livestock health and reporting illness or injury.
Operating and maintaining farm and ranch equipment (tractors, mowers, balers, loaders, ATVs)
Cutting, raking, baling, hauling, stacking, and storing hay
Repair and maintenance of fences
Pasture and range management
Cleaning and maintaining livestock facilities, corrals, and water systems
Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
General farm labor as needed depending on seasonal demands and weather conditions
