Manager in Training

Now, we’re bringing that energy to our brand-new location — and we’re looking for the right leader to grow with us.

 We are seeking a Manager in Training to join our team with the goal of stepping into the full-time Store Manager role within 6 months. During this time, you’ll share responsibilities with the Owner and gradually take on full management of the store.

 As our first Manager in Training, you’ll also have the rare opportunity to help establish the foundation of the store. You’ll work directly with the Owner to create standard operating procedures, set expectations, and shape the team culture from the ground up. From hiring and training to daily operations, you’ll have a voice in every major decision and the chance to leave your mark on how the store runs and grows.

 Responsibilities include:

    •    Completing Barista and Manager training in Dallas this October

    •    Leading by example in delivering excellent customer service

    •    Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and daily operations

    •    Recruiting, hiring, and training new team members

    •    Supporting and coaching staff to build a strong, motivated team

    •    Helping create and implement store procedures alongside the Owner

    •    Preparing to transition into full Store Manager responsibilities

 Qualifications:

    •    Previous leadership or management experience preferred (hospitality, retail, or food service a plus)

    •    Strong organizational and communication skills

    •    Passion for people and building a positive work environment

    •    Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with a smile

    •    Desire to grow into a long-term leadership role
