Construction Project Manager

In this role, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of our projects, from inception to closeout. You'll manage budgets, timelines, and teams, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of civil construction projects, including site work, utilities, grading, and paving.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and engineers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Oversee on-site activities and work with superintendents to ensure safety protocols are followed and project milestones are met.
• Manage project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, and submittals.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues and risks to keep projects on track.
• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, contracts, and specifications.
