Customer Service/Counter Supervisor – Construction Supply Company
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily counter operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient order processing
- Manage and train counter staff; schedule, assign tasks, and monitor performance
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and special orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales counter
- Support inventory management and product display
- Assist with sales growth through relationship building and product knowledge
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in construction supply, hardware, or building materials preferred
- Prior supervisory or lead experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory software)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
