As we scale, we seek a seasoned Chief Operations Officer to lead and optimize internal operations, investment processes, and cross-functional initiatives.
The COO will serve as a strategic partner to the President, overseeing day-to-day operations, investment administration, and organizational infrastructure. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep experience in asset management, particularly in real estate, private equity, and equities, who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience in operations or asset management, ideally within a family office, investment firm, or private equity environment
• Strong understanding of real estate, private equity structures, and public market instruments with a background in real estate acquisition and development
• Proven track record in financial oversight, compliance, and strategic execution
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
