As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at Frederick Agency, you will be at the heart of our client relationships, helping individuals navigate their insurance needs with confidence and ease. This role requires you to work on-site, allowing you to build genuine connections and provide immediate assistance. Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

College degree or experience in customer service role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in standard office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in information handling.

Capability to work in non-remote, on-site environment in Port Clinton, Ohio.

Must be able to obtain an insurance license from the State of Ohio within 6 months of employment.

Positive attitude with a desire to provide exceptional service to clients.

Client Interaction: Engage with policyholders to address inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Problem-Solving: Actively listen to clients' concerns and offer appropriate solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.

Policy Management: Assist clients in managing their insurance policies, including updates and renewals.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and trust.

Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless client service and issue resolution.
