Join our lively, well-loved speakeasy as a Speakeasy Cocktail Server, where hospitality, teamwork, and a passion for craft cocktails come together in a fast-paced and immersive environment. Our floor team plays an essential role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while bringing the charm and spirit of a classic speakeasy to life.
As a floor person, you’ll run food and craft cocktails, assist with bar service, and help maintain smooth service throughout the night. Our team operates with a shared mindset, nothing is strictly “someone else’s job.” Everyone works together to keep the floor moving, support the bar, and ensure guests feel welcomed and well taken care of.
Servers are expected to develop strong knowledge of our cocktail menu, spirits, and the history behind many of our drinks and the Prohibition era. A curiosity and willingness to learn about liquor, cocktail techniques, and classic speakeasy culture is essential.
This role also includes opening and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service, and contributing to the overall energy and atmosphere of the space. Staff embrace the immersive nature of the venue by dressing in themed attire, including flapper-style outfits, helping create a fun and memorable experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and craft cocktails quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Support bartenders and fellow servers by running drinks and maintaining smooth floor service
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- Learn and confidently speak about spirits, cocktails, and their historical context
- Provide warm, engaging hospitality that reflects the speakeasy atmosphere
- Work collaboratively with the entire team to keep service efficient and enjoyable
- Maintain the themed ambiance by participating in costume and guest interaction
