Experience and Skills:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and support your team during assigned shifts
- Ensure quality food preparation and exceptional guest service
- Provide coaching, direction, and motivation to team members
- Foster a fun, fast-paced, fulfilling work environment
- Assist with operational responsibilities, including inventory, scheduling, and team performance
- Contribute to sales and profit goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant shift supervisor or leadership experience
- Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to motivate, train, and hold a diverse team accountable
- Organized and able to manage time and priorities effectively
- Familiarity with financial reporting, inventory management, and scheduling preferred (Brink experience a plus)
- Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and eagerness to grow
REQUIREMENTS
- Evening availability - must be able to close the restaurant
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand/walk for shifts (up to 8-10 hours if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Background check required
