Job Summary
As a ColdLine Team Member, you'll be giving their first taste of an essential Freddy's ingredient - Hospitality. You will ensure that every Guest's visit is a memorable experience. As a member of this outgoing and energetic team, you'll welcome Guests with a smile, place their orders accurately, keep our dining area tidy, and prepare delicious frozen custard treats.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Provide exceptional Guest service by greeting Guests warmly and addressing their needs.
• Process sales transactions quickly and efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
• Promote special offers and menu items to enhance the Guest experience.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the checkout and dining areas.
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate change is given to customers.
• Handle Guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
• Conduct product sampling as needed to inform Guests about new or featured items.
• Support supervisory staff by training new cashiers on register operations and store policies.
• Prepare custard treats to specifications for our Guests.

Skills

• Proficient in cash handling with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with Guests.
• Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and retail math applications.
• Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus.

As a Hotline Team Member, you will be preparing the cravable menu made to order. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong commitment to food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each dish meets our Freddy's standards. Your expertise in communication, attention to detail, and sense of urgency will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Freddy's specifications and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage and labeling of food items.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, efficiently, and respectfully, including knives and other cooking tools.
• Provide support to dietary restrictions when necessary, ensuring that special dietary needs are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
• A team player with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
