What You'll Do as a Shift Leader
- Lead a highly skilled team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
- Teach and practice brand standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.
- Lead by example with strong time-management skills.
- Assess team-member performance and foster a positive team culture.
- Spend the majority of time on the restaurant floor, engaging with guests.
- Manage labor, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Natural leadership skills with a self-starting personality.
- Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
- Hard-working, team-oriented, and friendly individuals.
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication.
- Prior restaurant management or leadership experience is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United State
- Ability to use a point-of-sale system.
- Willingness to jump in and assist co-workers.
Physical Requirements
- Availability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand or walk for up to a 10-hour shift.
- Willingness to bend, stoop, and occasionally use a ladder.
