Job Overview
Responsible for overall restaurant operations to include supervision of all employees while growing sales and profitability.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Promotes guest satisfaction and develops a customer friendly environment.
2. Build a culture of integrity, respect, and servant leadership.
3. Develops and trains assistant managers and all employees in all aspects of restaurant operations.
4. Follows and reinforces company policy, procedures, and labor laws.
5. Maintains the highest standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
6. Assumes responsibility for hiring, training, and supporting employees.
7. Oversees care and maintenance of equipment by performing minor repairs and preventative maintenance and by coordinating major repairs.
8. Maintains restaurant files and records while assuring they are timely and accurate.
9. Maintains good team morale through effective communication and positive reinforcement.
10. Build sales by superior service and community engagement.
11. Maintains restaurant controllable budget line items.
12. Other duties as required or assigned.

This position will require the ability to travel to Wichita, KS for 1-2 weeks for company paid training at the Freddy's training center.

Pay: $52,500.00 - $62,500.00 per year
