An established and growing multi-unit restaurant organization is conducting a confidential search for an experienced District Manager to lead a group of restaurants.

We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven leader who knows how to develop General Managers, establish accountability, improve restaurant operations, and drive sustainable financial performance.

This is an opportunity for an experienced multi-unit operator who enjoys being in the restaurants, developing people, identifying opportunities, and turning expectations into consistent execution.

As District Manager, you will have direct responsibility for the operational and financial performance of multiple restaurant locations. You will:

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable General Managers and their restaurant teams
• Spend significant time in restaurants observing operations, coaching leaders, and driving execution
• Establish clear expectations and ensure consistent follow-through
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing General Managers and restaurant leaders
• Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational performance
• Analyze P&L statements and restaurant performance metrics to identify opportunities
• Manage and improve labor, food cost, inventory, waste, and controllable expenses
• Ensure restaurants are appropriately staffed and schedules align with sales and business needs
• Maintain high standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, hospitality, and restaurant condition
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and operating standards are consistently executed
• Identify underperforming restaurants and develop specific, measurable action plans
• Follow up consistently to ensure corrective actions produce sustainable results
• Develop General Managers to independently operate successful restaurants
• Build leadership bench strength and identify future management talent
• Monitor guest feedback and ensure concerns are addressed appropriately
• Ensure equipment and facility issues are identified, communicated, and resolved
• Support new restaurant openings and organizational growth as needed
• Partner with senior leadership on operational priorities, initiatives, and long-term performance

• 3 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience preferred
• QSR or fast-casual restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience leading and developing General Managers
• Demonstrated ability to improve restaurant operations and financial performance
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and profitability
• Strong knowledge of food safety and restaurant operational standards
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable plans
• Strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills
• Comfortable addressing performance issues directly and professionally
• Ability to balance people development with operational and financial accountability
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to spend significant time inside restaurants
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to travel regularly throughout an assigned market
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Successful multi-unit leadership isn't simply about visiting restaurants and identifying problems. It's about developing General Managers who can independently operate successful restaurants.
