Freddy's is looking for a few exceptional 15-yr-old cashier and custard prep candidates! Every Spring we open the role up to a few 15-yr-olds looking to secure their summer job (before everyone else!)
Begin training and working part time/flexible hours as needed before the end of the school year. Our experience is that hiring our 15-yr-olds in March-April and early May, sets us all up for success. You'll quickly learn to deliver a unique mix of fun, great food, and honest hospitality. By the time summer is here, you're in the groove! Get priority/more hours and great shifts.
Cashier and Custard prep is called the ColdLine and front of house. You give guests the first taste of an essential Freddy’s ingredient – hospitality. Through outstanding hospitality, you see to it that every guest’s visit is a great one. As a member of the cheerful and energetic ColdLine team, you welcome guests, place their orders, keep the dining area tidy, and prepare the delicious frozen custard treats.
Part time/variable work schedules, start with a minimum and work up to 32 hours/ week.
