About the Role

You’ll greet guests with enthusiasm, take orders, prepare our famous custard treats and help keep the dining room sparkling clean.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up the ColdLine by assembling equipment, stocking products and preparing the dining room
- Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders and facilitate drive‑thru service efficiently
- Build custard items to specification and deliver them quickly to guests
- Check on guests, seek feedback and maintain a clean dining room and service area
- Follow strict washing, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Understand all ingredients, time standards and display a strong sense of urgency
- Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing; properly store products
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment
- Strong math and communication skills; ability to handle transactions accurately
- Receptive to feedback and eager to learn
- Friendly, energetic and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality
- Must maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines at all times
