Our rapidly evolving IT department is seeking a Senior Virtualization Engineer with expertise in automation and large-scale environments. The ideal candidate will lead projects, manage complex workloads, and proactively implement best practices. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $122,000 - $184,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience as a Senior Virtualization Engineer in large organizations
- 5 years of PowerShell experience (Ansible\Python a plus)
- Proven accountability for performance and continuous improvement
- Strong communicator, able to communicate effectively with management and business partners
- Forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate future technology trends
- Skilled at recognizing opportunities to streamline and automate everyday tasks
- Exceptional communication skills
- Deep subject matter expertise with a commitment to driving strategic objectives, best practices, and automation
