Position Summary:
Assist in various tasks such as setting up dining areas, refilling drinks, and clearing tables, contributing to the seamless functioning of the restaurant. Work closely with kitchen staff and servers, requiring excellent communication and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff and servers to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
- Assisting in the setup and organization of dining areas, including arranging table settings and maintaining cleanliness.
- Refilling beverages and clearing tables as needed to enhance the dining experience for guests.
Qualifications:
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
